exercise daily

Many people doing exercise daily to strengthen good health. Just like me before I regularly exercise because I am curious with the body measure and maintain my body healthy. But when I starting work I feel lazy doing exercise maybe I'm so much busy working in the company, and at the same time doing online job, a lot more.

some people they like to exercise, for like 30 minutes of walking or joining a group aerobics because if you sweat already you'll feel lively. why? because your blood already circulate in your system. i remember when i was in school (either elementary or in high school) teachers let their student stand up and do some stretching so that students won't feel sleepy. i guess that's the idea of doing exercise in the morning, to boost your energy for the whole day.

as much as i can i try to fit exercise in my schedule. for example i would do dumbels while waiting for a page to load or while resting my computer. also at least once a week i'd take a time off and do nothing else but exercise then relax the entire day. daily exercise is really important for health, fitness, and sometimes beauty.
