I like the look of long polished nails but it's not for me unfortunately. I have many craft type hobbies and I find that long nails just get in the way and I end up breaking them anyway. If I am going somewhere special I have been known to use false nails to finish my outfit off and make me feel better :o)

I have my right hand with long nails and my left with short nails. Only my thumb is long. That is because I play guitar. I cannot play guitar with long nails on the left hand. My nails always grow fast, I dont always feel like cutting them all when I need to play. hahaha!

I prefer trimmed nails for my woman. First, it is clean and hygenic. Second, long nails prevent them from doing regular/daily tasks. Third, it avoids accidental scratches. In any case, I wish I have a gf, hehe.

i prefer short, trimmed nails because my nails are thin.... i can't grow them too long or else they'll bend and then break.... but it's okay. it may not be that fashionable, but i think it's more comfortable on the hands especially when typing...and they look neat too.

trimmed nails for me. It's neat. But sometimes long nails are helpful. But not too long. If you can take care of it, put nail hardening so to avoid from cutting.
