Batting 1000

I seem to be batting 1000 today, being first to respond to all sorts of discussions. This rarely happens. More often than not, I'm first on the second page...
I really doesn't matter to me, but I know some of you out there try really hard to be first.
How do you feel when you're the first responder? Are you thrilled or just mildly amused?

I do too, but it seemed weird to me that I was first to every discussion I answered today.

Personally very seldom anymore does it happen to me that I am first. Mostly due to the small amount of time that I have to be active in here anymore. But when I do get time to post back here or start a New discussion it is still a pleasure to be here as well. Most of the time I find myself coming in here talking back with so many wonderful people I can call Friend knowing that besides the $$ there are truly people who care and even if I may be just catching up with some, I could never trade my myLot experience for anything else.

I honestly don't care if I am first responder. I do care that people take the time to read all posts before rating best response. I give at least 3 weeks so everyone has a chance to see my post and respond. I hate it when I see a best reponse mark made the same day the discussion was started. I will, however, still comment. I care more about that than being first.

I’ve managed it a couple of times but I am rarely the first one to get to a discussion because I am terribly behind and the time difference in Australia doesn’t help; those are my excuses and I am sticking to them (LOL), therefore whenever I am first I am amazed!

I find that I'm rarely 1st, not that I try to anyway, but sometimes am a bit surprised by it especially with cerain mylotters that are pretty popular. I have a hard time getting on the first page it seems like most of the time. I do like it when I'm 1st as then there is no way to have said the same thing as someone else.
