Did you ever experienced to be a Critic or a Judge in a contest?

A pleasant day to all,
Whenever I am watching a contest, I find it difficult to be in a judge place. Since the judge is the responsible to evaluate the performance of the Contestants.
Hence, it is really, really difficult, if you are the actual judge. I feel a severe headache then when I was invited to be a critic in one of the contest that I have had watched.
How about you, did you ever experienced to be a critic or a contest judge? How was the feeling?

..hi.. yeah.. I've been invited to judge or critic something several times already.. and its really hard to decide who is or who has the best.. but of course reality would speak that we have to choose the good, better, and the best.. Its very confusing but maybe that's one thrill or challenge of becoming a judge..
