Do you like to learn multiple languages There can be many reasons when you would like to learn other languages beside your native language also. I think there are also some sort of way to put that languages can be job creators some time. So why and what languages you know and how you learned them.

It is really so amazing that there are hundreds of languages spoken around the world. Yes, I like to learn languages. Now, I speak English, and a little bit of German - guten morgan, danke schon ; that's about it. I travel a lot to countries in different parts of the world, mostly on my business trips, and it definitely would be very helpful if I could speak the language spoken in the country. It would help doing business and making friends with wonderful people.

There are many different languages in the whole world, but I would really like to learn to speak, write and hear Chinese due to my college mates most of them speak Chinese and I don't understand a single word they are saying. It's too bad for me as it's a bit difficult to learn it right now. Most of them usually learn at the early ages like when they are kids about 5-6 years old till now. For me I might be just too old to learn it right now.

When I was young, I wanted to learn Spanish. I was so fascinated with the language. I think I learned conversational stuff, but without practice, I think I may have forgotten it already. A few years ago, I also wanted to learn french. But no matter how hard I tried I just couldn't learn it. I even went on a job interview in French, which I failed miserably.

I am a Hungarian who lives in Romania. So for starters I know two languages, Hungarian and Romanian. And I learned English and German from the TV and school, so in total I know 4 languages, Hungarian and Romanian fluently, English and German pretty good I think. I understand almost everything in this two languages and also I can express myself well, I think. And I also understand a bit of Spanish and Italian, but I cannot speak these languages, only a few words. I think that a person can only benefit from the fact that he knows more languages, because he has more possibilities in life. He can work at a multinational company and he can orientate himself better abroad. So I think that knowing more languages is a positive fact, but it is a shame when somebody goes abroad and forgets his native language.

Unfortunately, the only language that I am fluent in is my native tongue, but I would really like to have learned another language when I was a child. I know enough Spanish that I can somewhat communicate with people that aren't familiar with English, but I wouldn't be able to survive if I was in a country where other people don't speak English. I am actually thankful now for the fact that my daughter is learning Spanish in elementary school.

English is my second language and I learned it from school since kindergarten, although, I'm more used to speaking in my native tongue. I know a bit of Japanese common words but I want to learn everything there is to learn about Nihongo. Also, I want to learn Chinese, Spanish, French, and Italian languages. __
