Did your parents teach you about values?

As a kid, I was taught to respect elders and other manners. I have learnt the rest by watching my parent, friends and others.

hi elle , yes , i think that's what most parents wanted to do with their kids , teaching them good values so that they would grow to be a good person. But what i remember with my parents is that they teach values by example.

My parents were strict disciplinarian.. I grew up in their overprotective grasp.. I was raised by my parents well.., with good values.., they taught me to respect others to gain respect for myself too.. and they taught me to be religious and a person with virtue..=)

My parents will not teach me values seriously or formally,but every deed of them influnced me a lot.In the earlier years when I was just a kid,our finicial situation was quite tough,even until now we are not quite well,but much better through my parents' hardwork.They never complain or give up.I know someone will be jealous about others who are born rich,but I am proud of my family because I learnt to be persistence,hard-working and never give up.

yes!... Because they want us to be a profitable /good person in the society.My parents keeps telling me about appropriate mannerism specially when dealing with people.I should be respectful so that i would gain respect ...

hai?/ ofcorse my parents teach me ,and you know what they are so terrible parents for me.... but even though they are terrible i accept cause i know that ,that is just for my good.. ...
