Is it too soon to test if I'm pregnant?

2-3 weeks ago my boyfriend came inside of me on a day I was highly fertile. It was 2-3 days before the day I was going to be ovulating. Well a week a go I've started getting light-severe cramps that I would only get on my period but I didn't start. Today is the day I'm supposed to start but I haven't yet and it feels different this time.. I can't explain it.
If I took the test tomorrow will it be accurate?? Tomorrow will be the first day after my missed period.

well,thats the most risky thing you ever did,now let me tell you this, a sperm can stay two days inside of u before it finally goes off,but while waiting,d egg is released during ovulation,it will become fertile.did u take any peels after ur being together?.u can run the test but just pray ur egg does not meet the sperm to produce baby, goodluck
