Do you watch Ultimate Survival with Bear Grylz on Discovery?

I have rarely seen a more interesting reality show than this. I mean this guy is great, he knows almost everything about survival and shares his knowledge with others by providing examples and risking his own life. He has nerves of steel and plenty of strength to do what he did when filming this. He ate many things which I would never eat and go to places where I would never go, especially not for risking my life with my consent. Do you watch this show? What do you think about it?
