Turned out our attitude in work are critical to our success, if we work only for the money alone, then the career / our results will be mediocre. But if you work with a willing heart serve others, with the motivation that our work should be a blessing for other people, then we will get amazing results ...

I am a supervisor where I work. I lead by example and yes by the heart..the thing is that the heart has to be controlled. There are times when these must be seperated. People will use your heart so there must always be a seperation. I feel like there needs to be a professional and social seperation. Always be good but don't be used...always be fair and there is no question...I never ask anyone to do anything that I can't without a fight with the superiors first and a reason why I have the right..lol...

yes, working in a team is very good and very effective, but in a team must have a leader, right? and leaders must lead by using his heart, too, right?

yes, you are right .. within certain limits, sometimes the employee must be stimulated with an award in order to work better but actually much more important when employees are given direction to work wholeheartedly, because then he would be motivated to work better and thus also the company sincerely will appreciate him

hi advokatku yes indeed if we have a passion for our work we will be
amazed, I worked for years as a nurses aide as I loved helping people and I was told a lot of times I was really good at it. It was so
fulfilling even though I was never rich from it financially I was
rich in countless other ways. I also made a lot of friends with co workers and patients I cared for too. He he I even married a co worker
and was married for 33 lovely years. Serving others is so worthwhile
as it made yoy feel needed.

hmmmh .... interesting a story, aunt Hatley ... you work really noble because, other than to earn a living, you also get a reward from God which of course the reward is better than the earth and its contents
