First time I saw it today. lol. I am not a big fan of youtube, but just now I saw a discussion about this on our local forum site discussing about Noynoy's mental stability. And this video was the topic. So I just want to sahre it if ever you are one of those who haven't seen this before. I know this is old news but:

It's up to the people whether they believed it or not. i wouldn't believe that if Noy went head to head with the debates, when he decided to quit, that's when i started doubting his leadership abilities. but all for now, i just decided to pray that our president won't fall out.

Yup! you right my friend. It's not fault by the President, for those isolated condition that happen in our country...
Those under the President, should be responsible for those things because they don't do good to their peers...
It's politics and more politician, not accept the facts that they are corrupt and do something to pull down the President, to avoid anything to reveal their misdeeds or corrupt activities in the government

Well I guess another one of those that wants the president put down. Well I think I really won't bother at it at all since it can just be another black propaganda against him. Let us all move on and hope and pray for the best and not just put on degrading other people down. Let us not pull each other down since we all fall down after we pulled the one on top.

Hello damned_idle,
This is not just the only video that tells about Noynoy's mental problems. there was another but it was doubtful since she was spotted to have a GIBO baller in her wrist and doesn't show herself in public during that youtube interview.
Yes, It is old new, but the mental issue didn't bother back then, it was his incapability to debate. that made me doubt him during the election, not to mention changing his views about important issues.but that was it.
It's not my problem anymore since he's our President Now. all i want now, is for him to do his job.

But this video is convincing, coming from a respectable person. And the story she told sounds typical of Noynoy.

This is old news.
Carmen Pedrosa released this video on the day before the election. Right timing to smear Noynoy. Probably benefit the struggling candidate who paid her millions just like Dolphy or Willie Revillame?
Carmen Pedrosa is not even a psychologist. And her source of information is a person named "Tomcat", who wrote about this in his Facebook page, a source of hearsay trash that rivals only the Daily Enquirer. Take note: he/she/it hid his true identity. Probably because if he revealed it, he will be in jail now for libel or moral defamation.
One of Villar's men even went as far as producing a medical certificate which is supposed to prove that Noynoy have mental problems. Only to get rebuked and apologize later when it was found out the document was bogus.

Thanks for the info. Like I said this is OLD news BUT I only saw it today. Anyway, this wouldn't hurt anyone now because the election was LONG PAST NOW. But it was really interesting, considering Noynoy never really commented about such a big issue. I just wish he did take the tests just to prove to everyone that he is not mentally ill. So attacks like this wouldn't happen anymore.

Never seen it before,just now but I already heard about this issue and I think Noynoy answered this and has proven indispose of the allegation..If Im not mistaken it has been revealed before the election.

maybe he has that history, but now i think he is okay and i think anybody whose father has been assassinated would be in a state of trauma... but for now, lets just give in our trust to him because he is already the president of the country, and lets wait for the outcome... peace!!!
