minimum of 6hrs and on an average a human being should sleep 7 hrs a day..

Well, in my opinion the healthy sleeping time is between 6 to 8 hours. When we are sleeping our body will be put to rest, and it requires proper time. If you have less sleeping time it will be obviously that you will feel sleepy and tired, and if you sleep more than 8 hours you will feel dizzy, and sometimes sick. So, sleep properly. :)

I read that 7-8 hours is best. It is also important to take note of the time of your sleep. The article stated that each of our organs heal at a certain time of the night. Best of all, the quality of sleep we get will work wonder for us over the number of hours of sleep we get.
