Deep fried and dipped into chocolate / myLot

This is the time Fairs are occurring in a lot of cities in the United States and one thing that we have been seeing a lot of is things deep fried and dipped in chocolate for one two punch to one's diet... deep fried twinkies dipped into chocolate, deep fried spiral potato dipped in chocolate,bacon deep fried and dipped into chocolate... I am wondering what you think about all of this... Have you tried the deep fried and dipped in chocolate items at the Fairs or elsewhere... What have you tried and how did it taste?

i have even heard of having steak and chocolate together and in a store recently we were given a sample of choclate truffles with chilli peppers in them! yuck!

Steak and chocolate... sounds odd for sure but can't beat chocolate covered crickets, ants and scorpians for the gross award. I tried one candy bar recently that had dark chocolate and chilli ... I did not like it either. They just don't go well together in my opinion. It was not chocolatey enough for me and had a flavor I did not want to taste. I ended up giving it to a friend who likes things hotter than I do. He said it made him feel ill.

nope and who realy would want a deep fried anything like that dipped in Chocolate they even do grasshoppers and ants yuk
