I guess most of people like to drink a glass of milk every day, however do you know the benefit and disadvantage of drink milk? The benefit and disadvantage of drink milk was proved by the research and nutrition experts for many years. There have 13 kinds of benefits of drink a glass of milk, 1.Calcium of milk can make arteries in a stable condition,reduce apoplexy; 2.Milk can prevent the absorption of noxious metal lead of food and cadmium; 3.Yogurt and fat will enhance the immune system and prevent the tumor cells growth; 4.Milk include the iron, copper and eggs phosphatides can vastly improve the brain's efficiency; 5,Milk the calcium can , The milk of calcium to develop strong skeletons and his teeth and bones of the disease occurs ; 6, The iron, copper and vitamin is helpful of beauty; 7,The ammonia of milk can promote the growing of hormones; 8,The magnesium of milk makes the heart resist fatigue ; 9, The zinc of milk can make the wound soon healed ; 10,The vitamin of milk can improve your eyesight ; 11, To drink milk can reduce and prevent atherosclerosis; 12, Milk contain calcium, which will absorb all ; 13, It will helps sleep if drink a glass of milk before sleeping. Unfortunately,i haven't had economic supproting to drink milk everyday because i'm still persuing in campus and then i couldn't enjoy so many benefits resulted from drinking milk.Recently,i slept bad,drinking a glass of milk is a good choice.But i'm afraid that i have to get up many times to pee.I haven't known that milk had these functions before i read this discussion.Thanks for your sharing.

Wow thanks for the share. I only take fresh milk but it must be chilled first. Other milk products make my tummy grumble and i have to go to the toilet often. :D I have lactose intolerance problem even if just took a small amount of other mik products.
