Is God related to religions?

I am finding it hard to believe if God has something to do with the religions. Can anyone help me please..

Yes Religion does matter
GOD mean the one who supreme,
many religions mix things up,
like christian also do believe in GOD, but they say Christ is GOD's Son (Nauzbillah)
Hindus have their own thoughts about GOD
You need to study all religions , Finally You will know the reality that which one is trust worthy

Trustworthy? I agree to study all religions but knowing the trustworthy one would be nonsense because almost religions have trustworthy effect. What we really need is the true religion or church.

It has something to do with God. My first question for you would be the word religion came from Latin word religare, find out the meaning for you to see God and religion is like breathing and life.
