im so bored and stress up!what can you recommend me to do?

When you are bored and stresses here are the following tips that i suggest to cover up your feeling. 1.Going to malls with your friend 2.Watch funny movies,so t6hat it would make ypou laugh. 3.Go to massage parlor for massage theraphy,it will help to release the tension you feel 4.Try yoga,this will help you to have peace of mind. 5.Swimming-this will also release the tension that being form when you are stressed. 6.Eat sweets that will generate your cell to become active. I hope this would help.....

i recommend you to be happy. and feel young at heart. keep your mind peacefully. be happy with what you have. listen to melodies that you like. simple, listen to instrumental music like, violin, piano, saxaphone. go for yoga. HAVE A NICE DAY.

When I get bored and stessful, I usually listen to my favorite music. I keep a collection of CDs of different kinds of music. Classical music is my favorite, very relaxing and enchanting. Listening to classical music helps me to get rid of the stresses of the day. I would suggest that you listen to the music and songs of your choice, and just realx and enjoy.

Something that helps me a lot when I'm feeling like this is drawing. It doesn't have to be something really elaborated, just doodle and have fun :) I'm also seconding what some other people have said already: go out and enjoy nature, get some fresh air. That usually works wonders too!

Call your friends and have some good, clean fun! Or you can watch a funny movie. Or you can go to the store to buy your favorite food. The bottom line is - have fun!

Why dont you go somewhere where you can eat your favorite food. You can also go on a vacation if you really want to take your mind off of all the things that you are thinking about.

Go out and have fun. Eat out, watch movie and go shopping. That's what I do when Im bored. Just enjoy.

1- read books if you're a bookworm 2- work with the ladle and the pan if you're a good cook 3- write down your thoughts and share them to the world. blog. 4- be attuned with nature. go out and trim the plants in your garden if you do have one and do some talking so they will grow healthier and greener. 5- dance yourself away to the tune of wacka wacka by shakira till you sweat profusely - a way of maintaining one's muscular body or melting any belly fat. 6- sleep and snore to the max till you reach dreamland and reigning your own kingdom 7- join online contest - from poetry to filling up of only survey promo. i won a netbook months ago by filling out a short online survey. life is a choice. you may opt to stay bored the rest of the day or make yourself useful and be productive somehow. the choice is in your hand. in a situation where i feel blue, i bear in mind that i am in control of my life and chose to be happy amidst a discouraging day. so always remember, you are "the captain of your ship" so it all depends on you. now it's up to you.
