I am using airtel and I am in India. It is one of the best when it comes to service and thats i went for it. I love they do things faster and I had a good experience till now both with mobile network and my broadband. I am using a 512 Kbps unlimited connection and it is really good. It has good connectivity always and i use to download a lot of songs and movies in the night when the speed is really good. The specialty is that we have to software to test the connectivity of the network. I loved that and it is easy for a laymen to test the issue too. Please share your thoughts on your net connection.

Hello, I am using BSNL broadband here. They provide a speed up to 1Mbps, though I hardly get such a speed. The service is worse than poor. I tried to talk to engineers, but very few of them actually acknowledges the drawbacks. They are always ready to slap all responsibilities to the consumer. The people who sit at the front desk seem to have more technical knowledge than the engineers themselves and they openly declare it. It is for those good fellas (the receptionists) that I had to pay a bill of Rs. 50,000 a month. The only good thing that keeps BSNL running is its low cost. The cost is probably the lowest among all providers. The unlimited connection of Photon plus costs Rs. 950 whereas BSNL charges Rs. 800 for the same connection. Thanks. God bless you.

Hi xorticanz, i'm using MTNL broadband. Its a 512kbps unlimited connection and final bill comes out around Rs.730.The best thing is that even on 512kbps connection, i sometimes get 2Mbps speed which is really awesome. And sometimes in night download speed often increases to around 3Mbps. But from last 4-5 days, i'm not getting speed over 512kbps(i.e. 64KB/s). Hope, will get 2Mbps speed soon..

My connection here in SR is provided by UPC. They have some plans to choose from ranging from 2 Mbit/s download and 0,5 Mbit/s upload up to 120 Mbit/s download 10 Mbit/s upload. The fastest one is available only in few biggest cities. I am using 10 Mbit/s download 1 Mbit/s upload option which fairly covers my needs. For the price (approxiamtely 10€ / month) and thing that it never have had any downtime as long as I use it (one and half year) it is the best choice I think. I have also 3 independent IP addreses provided for my but actually only one of them is used. The only downside of this is that, when I turn off my modem (which sometimes gets warm) and then turn it back on, it takes nearly two minutes to re-amintain the connection.

I use etisalat which is in united arab emirates. Their connection is pretty good and releable but the problem is they are very expensive. For a 256kb connection i pay around 150aed(Rs.1800) which is far more than any country( i guess).Wehave speed around 36mbps here which is very very expensive. One day i planm to use it :D
