so i rented this for my daughter out the red box. i vaugely remember reading this in school. it does look really cute though. what did u guys think of it?

I didn't like the movie that much. The movie was weird and I thought it was promoting violence in kids. Or maybe not promoting, but saying that violence is normal. (in my opinion, violence is not normal).

I didn't really watch it too much. She did say that she won't ever run away because it's too dark outside and she'd be alone. I thought that was cute. She is 4.

I havent seen the movie but i loved the book. I do remember reading it in school. I think when the make a movie thats based on a book it's never as good as the book is, becaus the book is more in depth.
