What makes a good Discussion?

Whats your opinion about creating and/or making a good discussion? I'm being Curious. Also, How fast can you type: Disestablishmentarianism? me=3.10 seconds
typing the alphabet backwards=5.66 seconds =)

You have to talk about things which you think other people would be interested in. Also, just a couple of lines isn't a discussion, you have to be able to write a few paragraphs in order to engage the people who you're aiming your discussion at.
For the record, though: It took me 3.3 seconds to type DISESTABLISHMENTARIANISM, and 5 minutes to type the alphabet backwards, as I don't know it, and really had to think about it.
