Why do people work?

I have just see my partners from Europe. They're very active and working hard. They look young. However, I know that whole their old is over sixty. I'm very surprise! They're old. They can want rest. But They still try to work. Why? Why do people work? Only for living or for any different?

some people work for their satisfaction and selfrespect... money is not everthing in life....:)

I don't like any things. I only like money. I work hard to earn but I don't know when I have much money what I want to buy! Is it strange? I like earn money, then invest to earn more money....

Lots of reason why should people work?We need to work to earn money,for our necessities.To enjoy life in bar,disco,restaurant or even malls.We work to sustain our family,our kids,.People work because they are bored.To experience different environment and many many more.
