If the shopper feels like it was poor servicethen it was poor service we are in the customer perception business if we do not take care of our customers someone else will. thanks plz your thoughts......

there is a popular saying that customer is always right. and it's true that you put your customer first in the business because they are the main reason why you keep the business. it is for serving them and keeping them satisfied.
