binding love spells?

it's not a good idea. people tend to see love spells as the harmless face of Witchcraft, but they pretty much always end in trouble. and a half decent Witch would warn you off them. offering them to people that don't know what they're doing is nothing short of stupid. I've heard of many a love spell gone wrong, and undoing the damage is much harder than causing it. and to use a binding spell when you are yourself inexperienced is completely empty headed. a binding spell doesn't just bind the object of the spell. it binds you too. you are both bound. you may not be happy. you may be miserable, but bound together always. if you're going to dabble, start with uncomplicated things that don't involve anyone else. like for prosperity, creativity, inspiration, happiness, healing. love spells are far more complicated. you'd probably be better off going for an all out curse on someone than a love spell. they're complicated and often work. and they work well. and bring a lot of baggage.

i think this won't really last a lifetime. true love ( i mean the ones with feelings does not even last longer than most people expect - so what more if the love is from a spell, or a potion or anything out of the ordinary? I bet it will not be the same way too...

I think any real Pagan will tell you that magic should never be used on someone against their will or to their harm. It's wrong to violate someone's free will.
