Why is my avatar not changing graphics like others...

I created my avatar using photoshop and it spells my screen name O-X-Y-D-E.. with different colors but when I had it uploaded in mylot..it doesn't move. If you look at my mylot profile, you can see the avatar changes but why is it not changing here at discussions?

I checked your avatar ....it is gif file but it is not animated.....
If you want to put animated avatar on mylot....send your avatar to me I will resize it and then send you back...

unfortunately..I deleted my avatar from this computer... T_T
I have it in my laptop but I kept it hidden in my room(hard to reach places) for awhile because I'll be leaving for some time. I guess I'll retry making it again instead. Thank you D4n1el, I'll try uploading it again ^_^
