What on earth is Cash Gopher?

It has to be related to myLot, especially since I received an alert pertaining to it this morning. I'm only curious about it--please do not send me referral links because I will NOT click on them. I'm just wondering what it is because I've seen a lot of other discussions involving it, and I refuse to get involved with PTCs or other "money-making" scams.
