Covergirl Smokey Eye Pencil

Has anyone tried this?? I bought the black and white one. I don't normally do the smokey eye thing so I really didn't know how to use it. The first time I put it on I thought it looked ridiculous. I went on youtube to find a how to video. A lot of the people on there didn't really like it. It is a creamy shadow/liner so it does feel a little greasy. I did figure out how to put it on though so it did look much better. I want to get more colors. They are about $9. I only bought it cause i had a $1 off coupon. Anyone else have an opinon about this??

I love the smokey eye thing, but it is harder than you think to make it look like that. I think it is a huge part as if your eyes are structured to make the makeup look right. Small eyes don't do well with the smokey eye routine. I know, I've tried it. You have to have larger eyes and larger eye lid and upper eye area. I don't know about your item mentioned, I just use an eye liner (Maybeline) and brown shadow and smush it in the general way...it looks good on me, but nothing like it looks on others. I hate it when they tell you to use a certain shade, and don't give you the brand name or shadow name... so many times they look great and I want to go get that shade, but don't know what it is!
