My baby is teething!!

My LO is 4 months old. The other day she was pretty fussy which is abnormal because she is the happiest baby!! We figured she was teething she felt a little bit hot too. Yesterday she had a dr. appt and she got 2 shots, which I didn't realize until I got there. So all and all she was okay from the shots. When we got home she was sucking her them but she had it on the side of her mouth kind of chewing on it. She felt hot again too so we got some baby orajel q tip things and gave her some more tylenol. All she wanted was to be held like a newborn which usually she hates. She even fell asleep on my chest!!
