the task : earn quick money for writting an add in mylot is legit or not cause it seems its been pending for a very long time?

I have the same question as you. Isn't it a little too much time to wait for the tasks to be approved? I've completed some "earn quick money for writting an add" one month ago, and they are all still pending.
As everybody here seems to trust Sharonbucks, all we have to do is wait and see.

for SHARONBUcks tasks all the slots have to be over for you get your credit so you may have to w8 for a long time

Yes, they are from SharonBucks (who is one of MyLot's staff) so they are legitimate (but as they only pay 5 cents, I guess there are not as many takers).

From time to time, I check the available "tasks" list. I do like writing tasks, short articles, short stories, and so on. Writing has been my hobby since my high school years, and is still is. But, writing adds is not my kind. I have not taken any of those tasks. But, I do look forward to other kinds of writing tasks.
