College: Poll on the location of Suggested colleges for my interests

I'm currently in a Program that when I graduate I will have a 2 year associates degree completely free, and a HighSchool Diploma. I like to build and design, and I'm also good at math and science. Should I go for Architectural design or Engineering. Please tell me locations for the colleges that are the best for this, and also the in-state and out-of-state tuition rates, Thank You Oh So Very Much!
