How to make my teeth white?

Recently my yellow teeth really make me annoyed.The toothpaste has little effect to change that.It doesn't look good when you speak and smile.I guess that white teeth will make one more attractive and I admire those who have white teeth.So do you have any good idea to make the teeth white?Which brand of toothpaste do you use?

My Dentist friends usually tell me this. In order not to have stained and yellow teeth avoid drinking too much tea, coffee and carbonated since the acid in it can stain the enamel. Brushing with baking soda helps in whitening the teeth. If you really wanted a very white teeth and willing to spend for it then go to your Dentist and have your teeth bleach then that will give you pearly white teeth.

It's really a very big problem! I have the same problem at this time. My teeth was shine like pearl but now it become yellow. I brush every morning. I can't understand why it's become yellow day by day. I can't laugh, I can't talk with people. It makes me mentally sick.
