yes it really works but advil is quite expensive here in where i stay, so i choose the cheaper version, which is the generic one, it's ibuprofen too. of course. i'm used to taking the 400mg dosage for major headaches and other pains. for the minor ones, i either take paracetamol 500mg or ibuprofen 200mg

Mine was Ponstan 250. Well that was years ago. At present when my migraine attacks, I sip a cup of warm Lipton black tea. It works wonder and i seldom experience migraine nowadays. :)
