Yes, there can be some bad side effects if you take too many pain killers, especially your liver could be harmed. So it is probably better to talk to a doctor to see if there is any other way to deal with this.

I suggest you consult the doctor first since you said you're having migraine almost everyday. There may be an underlying condition that should be treated and not with analgesics alone. NSAIDS like ibuprofen, paracetamol, and mefenamic acid are not recommended to be taken for more than 4 days. Paracetamol, for example can damage your liver and a lot of these analgesics may induce stomach ulcers.

you will have a dependency on those and you will be immune to the effects therefore taking more of them regularly. i think if you feel pain regularly, might be better to check with your doctor whats wrong.

Yes side effects, cannot be avoided if you consume more pain killers. One of my friend , took large amount of pain killers like you, and in long run he faced many side effects. So stop over using of pain killers.

From what I know, taking too much pain relievers would increase your tolerance to such medications. For now, you're into advil and mefenamic acid but time will come when those won't work with you and you'd progress to more serious painkillers like the kind they give to relieve cancer pains. What's more worrying than the side effect of these medications is once you progress from being dependent to being addictive to it, it's hard to function normally without it.
