Do you notice one thing all player are fit and quite interested to play in the champion league which is going on in south africa. Even Sachin Tendulkar as he didn't play against srilanka as a result we had face defeat very badly You believe or not every cricketer give preference to money rather then their country.

Well Indian team now should learn to win the matches with out Sachin Tendulkar if not when he retires then what. Will they suddenly look someone at that time or what.. It is crazy that we keep on blame Sachin for everything, Sachin is becoming old and he is chosen to play only important matches and major tournaments which India plays and that is what board is thinking in that way. Champions League is played international and it is not considered to be a small tournament compared to IPL. If Sachin, Zaheer and Other injured recovered players play for some other country club team then we can say that they are interested in money more. But these guys are playing for our country teams like CSK, MI and RCB. Raina, Dhoni have played for Indian team in the recent series. Sachin was rested and he is playing for MI because he is in contract with MI and captain of that team. Harbhajan and Zaheer recovered from injury from this tournament but these players will take some time get into 100% fitness and into good form. Other players are not playing this tournament. When Sehwag, Yuvaraj, Dhoni, Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli, etc could not win matches in Sri Lanka in this team Gambhir was missing due to injury and same was the case with Zaheer Khan. Harbhajan was dropped because of some injury and his form too was not that great. It is true that players are interested in money but we cannot blame them if their or not fit and it is fault of BCCI that giving rest to player like Sachin Tendulkar in Sri Lanka. It is not the fault of Sachin in my view.

ya its a fact that players give preference to money rather thannation and its spirit. actually what i feel is that international players should not be engaged for the cricket like IPL,ACL etc. actually every one say that they get more match experience, but in the busy schedule, they dont have time to have enough rest, so why do they play for clubs or domestic cricket, when they are able to play international cricket with a busy schedule??

Sachin has been selective about the ODI games for the past two years. I do not think he has to worry about money much. I think in his case he is picking and choosing the ODI tournaments to play to preserve his career. I quite agree to the way he is handling himself. Also, if after 2 decades we still depend on Sachin to the extent that we cannot win matches in his absence it is the problem that the nation needs to solve as Sachin will not be playing too long after now!! Cheers! Ram

Yes i am agreed with alisaa .. because team management give him rest.. it was not desire of Sachin.. i think team management want to give chance young player.. so they give rest to Sachin in Micromax cup.. i think Sachin is a great player.. and we don't say anything wrong about them..

Sachin had an injury also he is taking breaks at regular intervals thats why he avoided the tournament in Srilanka , may be selectors wanted to test the bench strength and young batsman and it was some kind of plan for future.Having said that , one thing surprises me and i am sure many Indian fans too , if Sachin can play so many t20s for Mumbai Indians why cant he play in t20 world cup for India if not all the t20 matches .Whats the harm in playing 4-5 t20 matches in world cup for India if one can play 19 20 matches for Mumbai Indians .
