Asteroid near-misses earth

Hi guys. I read on internet one interesting news. Asteroid near-misses earth. Asteroids names is "2010 RX30" and "2010 RF12". What do you think about this?

I have not read this one, but at least thank God that we were not hit cause if it did, most likely end of mankind. By the way how many miles away from earth when it almost hit us?
I will try to look at it on the net.
