After you gave birth to your child, did you lose your fat easily? How did you achieve your weight loss goal? Was it easy for you?

I'm lucky after giving birth i loss all the fats i gained during pregnancy. It was easy for me because i love to eat veggies during and after my term. I recommend all mothers to eat high fiber diets. Munch on fruits too instead of fatty and junk foods.

Hi,
I did put on weight after giving birth to my son,but lucky
not too much and slowly I was back to my own weight again.
But now, I feel that I have put some weight back,I really need to
have a diet plan in order to lose some weight.
I do have some friends who are taking these slimming cofee and
they really have slim down alot.It is USA product and I am thinking
of whether to try it out or not.
Apart from taking slimming cofee, it is best to have regular exercise and
avoid eating too much junk food.

No, I didn't. I think that baby weight is the hardest weight in the world to lose. I gained 35 lbs and it took me two years to take it off. I did it the only way that there is to lose weight permanently. I changed my eating habits. I tracked every calorie that I ate and exercised for an hour a day. I think that part of the problem is that when you become a new mother, you don't have the time to prepare proper meals and to exercise as you should. Good luck
