Do you often use the CHAT of facebook?

I often use the CHAT of facebook as it was already categorize so I would easily recognize them. Other than that I am treating it like a yahoo messenger already. Sometimes I am just idle so whenever someone talk to me then turn back to my computer that person is gone as I could see the message he/she left. This is very useful and since I already categorize it I could turn it offline to a one category but still I am hoping that there could be an option that you can be visible to an individual just like yahoo messenger.

I rarely use the chat of facebook, I'm not used to it, and find that is little bit difficult. I just use it to know who is online now, don't like chatting by that. I prefer yahoo more, it's easier to use. Once I used facebook to chat with my friend then I totally forgot about that, that made my friend angry

I rarely use the chat on facebook any more. I used to use it all the time but now I don't. Mostly it's because I am usually just wanting to check in and if I show that I am online I get caught up talking to lots of people. I usually have lots todo online so I keep it set to offline most of the time.

Hi,
I do not use it so often as I just use FB to play games. Sometimes I would receive prompts from friends and that is a good time to do some chatting. I still rely very much on msn live messenger instead of FB.

yes i use it much^^ everyday i use it^^ ahah and yes is like yahoo messenger without a cam and mic sure^^ i like more to use yahoo but i also like facebook chat^^ i everyday talk there with my friends^^ and yes option to only talk with one person? well not really important to me that^^ i type fast so is ok to me^^ also i like to talk more than one person^^ unless you are talking with a special person and dont want to be interrupted^^

i always use the chat box at face book. it is very helpful, i sue it to communicate with my friends and relatives, if there is something important to tell and that that someone is online you can easily chat with him or her. or even just to tell stories with your long time friend whom you didn't see for a long time.

Hi, Metatronik. I have used the chat feature several times since I have been on facebook. I know that I set my chat feature offline all of the time. Even if I am online. I just do so because I don't want to chat with anyone while I am on facebook. I don't know what my page says to others. But I can see that I have it set to being offline.

I dont use that option much, i used to but not any more because there is always problem in facebook chat and facebook chat isnt that great.
Although there is no invisible option in facbook chat but Yes there is a trick by which you can be invisible to some people and visible to some. For this you'll have to put the names of all those friends in a different group from whom you want to get invisible and then just get offline from that group and they wont be able to see if you are online or not.

i always do make use of it whenever i happen to see my close friends online.well,nowadays i can see myself being there just for chat. if i happen to see some close friends i would definitely say hi to them. and have a chat. it's nice to have connections from friends who we haven't seen for long. and it really is a big help that facebook has a chat function.

glad to hear that there are so good way in the facebook . however , the facebook are prohitted in our country (china ) so we have no any way to open the website of facebook.so i want to register on facebook . anyone could help me ?

well i hardly use the facebook now days..,as i could not get the time.but many times i was just logging in..,then looking for current updates of my friends and signed out.so i dont use the facebook chat..!!

I only make it online when I'm looking for a person who is not online on their messengers (e.g msn / yahoo) and most of the time they're online in facebook chat. When I'm playing it lags when someone from facebook tries to chat with me, so other than that reason I said, nope I don't use it.

Facebook is one of the ideas sharing site .
It acts as a medium for sharing different views to a very great extent
Also it makes us to get some unknown friends which makes us to improve our communication level all over the nation

Actually i never have sledom used the chat on facebook, cos most of my friends have moved to US or UK and i only get them on different time zones, but evenetually catch up on the messages left by them. Anyways Chat is not so cool anymore. After a gap, we cannot come up with anything to talk about.
