relationship of student and teacher

Great teacher should act like the second parent for the students. Other than that they should not be like a tormentor that students will be scared and please them. Teacher must make students realize that grade is not the basis of the future but just a number. It should not be reflect on student's personality. Teachers should treat the student fairly by not having any favoritism.

No one can really say the exact good qualities of a teacher but for me, being a teacher means being humane. Understanding the students, about their needs and their wants. Being able to help them when they are in need and being there when they need someone to talk to. Many students wanted to feel loved by the teacher so as a teacher, we must be compassionate about them and give our full love and support them.

There are considerations for being a great teachers. First of all dedication and love to teach. Because if you love to teach, you love your jobs and you love your pupils or students. Another qualities is responsibility. Being a responsible teacher, you need to learn more to share with your students. Because learning is a continuous process. Students are hunger of new ideas... There are other qualities but I think most importantly love and dedication of works... Have a great day!

The best qualities of a teacher would be to listen to his students more than talk, because students need more than an teacher, they need an example or mentor and look up to them to lead their life. So the teacher needs to use the show the same qualities that he would wish to see from his students, like respect, understanding, spending time etc. After parents students look up to their teachers and everyone for sure would have alteast one favourite teacher. And i am sure you will only think about the good qualities they had shown to you.
