~-sleeping routine-~

i want to change my sleeping routine and i want deep sleep at night. i use to work and surf internet all the night and sleep at day time. i can not sleep at night. what is this, a habit, a problem, or a disorder?. how can i change my sleeping routine????.

Although not healthy for a couple days I would suggest you stay up past 24 hours, and go to bed late at night the following day. Then set your clock and wake up early this will allow you to force yourself to surf all day and then at night get to bed. this will get you into a routine. Good luck.

Hmm.., I think you have the same problem with my boyfriend.., He used to play computer games at night and sleep the entire day.., and I talked to him about it.., It's not good for his health and his altering his body clock..,What you should do.., is try to avoid taking naps at daytime.., and do something strenuous by the afternoon so that by night time., you're too tire to think of any thing else but sleeping..=) Try reading books that does not interest you at all before going to sleep.., so that you'll be too sleepy to finish reading it..=)

Try to get up a little earlier every day and go for a walk in fresh air in the afternoon so that you get some daylight. That would help to set the clock inside you, as the daylight has more influence on us than we think. You might need to limit the time you spend with your computer. We need exercise to be able to sleep well. I hope this helps..
