I know we all have our beliefs, shaped by our culture, shaped by the people we love, shaped by the experiences that we have in our lives. And often times, there are beliefs that we have in our minds that will never change - no matter how hard it is for us to resist what we learned and stick to our beliefs no matter what. Well, have you ever had to change your belief for another one - have you been so convinced that you actually changed what you believed all these years? What is this one thing you believed for years and you suddenly thinks it is not what is right?

Well, i used to think that it's useless to make friends because none of them will really stay. Besides, it's much better if all you have to worry about is yourself. LOL. But i changed my outlook on friendship when i came to know a girl during high school. My friendship with her somehow made me realize what i had been missing all those years

Hi Chiyosan! Life has not change my believe a lot because after up and down its make me stronger in thats believe and think its worth to maintain. I had few people to convince me to chance my religion by giving a book and persuaded conversation but its impossible because I already feel how good is my God to me, No men or money can change it.

As for my opinion, everything in this world changes and is subject to change. I am open to it so long as my values for keeping me a better person will not be compromise. We always wanted to be better in all aspects of life. So if we see something will turn out to be good, why not change right? The turning point will alwasys be the change for the better.

Many times. Life is a constant change so it also changes the beliefs you believe in for years. One example is the belief of spanking a child when he/she committed a mistake. During my time and in our culture this belief and kind of discipline is usually done. Yes, it was written in the Bible that if "you spare the rod it will spoil your child" but then times have change and I believe that talking to them is much better than spanking since a good communication will help them understand what they did. Unlike spanking you'll only get a lot of grudge from them especially nowadays when children doesn't think and behave the way we think and behave before.
