the way I see it we should think with our heart because it can lead us to the right thing to do thanks to our feelings and intincts. Moreover many things can only be feeled and not be thought about.

don't get me wrong but it's not always about what we feel. Sometimes we have to think once and twice, seriously about an issue to realize what should be done. In addition to that brain can take in considiretion both what we feel and what we should do and can find a suitable reaction according to both emotions and facts.

I see what you mean but I disagree with you. Because thinking with our heart means that we will ignore our brain and care only about our emotions witch are not always stable. If we are emotional all time we can make wrong decisions because our emotions can fool us.

I don't think so, I beleive that inside us there is a little power of emotions. When we face a problem we should search inside us for a suitable answer according to what we feel about the hole situation

Since this is a categorical question I would pretend that I am a contestant of Ms. Universe and you are the judge like William Baldwin . If I am going to choose a MAJOR MAJOR important to me that is HEART because that would be the one could dictate your brain to do such things that can lead into the right path. If I am going to choose the brain it can lead to do wrong decision like being smart on how to cheat other people in terms of finances. We must admit that there are smart people who uses it for the wrong path.

What do you mean that it could be biased? I'm slow now because I am sleepy

its like when a judge needs to decide on a case.. when it comes to this types of decisions, we would need to use both our brain and heart to lead us to a justified decision.. but when we use only our emotions, there would be a chance that the decision will not be fair because you might feel pity for the victim and anger for the suspect and that could cause the decision to be biased since we no longer have our brain to clear up the diminishing effects of our emotions..

i like what you are trying to say.. it is true that a decision made by the brain could lead to mischievous acts.. dont you think hat a decision made by the heart could also be biased?

Both are important because God created us with both. We can't live without either one of these two, as the doctor says. But if I must choose one, it's the heart. Most of the times, it's better live happily than intellectually or wisely.

I don't know... since I don't have the brain to think about any definition. So, happy is happy. :P

I go for both as they work hand in hand. The brain makes you think and reason out logically & rightfully while the heart makes you deal with one's emotion and makes you decide on decision based on what you feel is good or bad. Though both is two different thing with functions that vary; however, can't do without the other.

Both are important parts of the body, cause if you don't have a heart, you won't have emotions, and without the brain, you can't think. But in my social life, the heart is more important because it gives you emotions in everyday. It's better not to be smart than not to have love, because GOD created us humans as creatures who will Love one another and Love GOD no matter what happens. Again, for me, the heart is more important.

It depends on your perception. If you take the brain and you have no heart, granting that's possible, you would go on living your life with no purpose or desire. You won't have goals and frustrations and you'll live like an empty shell. If you chose heart then you'd go on living using your emotions and it could get you in a lot of trouble. For this topic's sake I'd choose heart. It's better to live by your emotions than live without any goals or aspirations at all.

good point.. depending on emotions alone is dangerous but living like an empty shell is worse...

I would rather used my heart than my brain. Both are important but in your question it should be only to choose. Heart is more important to me.

Brain and heart are both important for me. Without brain, one's life would be meaningless and without heart, life would be a torture. I do see more and more people with brain but without a heart. Doctors sometimes refuse to treat patient due to money.... where is the ethic? Today's world is changing... and is becoming worse... Do combine brain with heart, only then will your life be meaningful.

I want heart, preferably, brain would be like someone going in and marrying someone for money. Where heart is love. I would rather have my heart. It stays more true. Where the brain tells lies.
