I've read alot about space and relativity .. But there's aquestion that i didn't find its answer or in another word its answer changes by the time .. The question is : Is the space infinte ?! .. All i want to know is yes or no .. Just tell me the answer or your opinion to discuss it And by the way there's a great quote that was said by Einstein "Two things are infinite: the universe and human stupidity; and I'm not sure about the the universe."

I think the universe is expanding and since its been a long time ago. The universe have expanded in such massive scale.

Like Albert Einstein said...: Two things are infinite: The universe and the human stupidity, but i'm not sure about the universe. Well, the universe isn't infinite, but it's growing at a VEEEEERY fast rate.

No, space is not infinite. It was proven in the last 25 years that space(the universe) started as the size of an atom and has been growing ever since. This is proven by looking at galaxies through telescopes. Due to a phenomenon know as the dopler effect its possible to tell when something is moving towards you or away from you. If something is moving towards you its light spectrum is slightly bluer than normal and if something is moving away from you its light spectrum is slightly reder than usuall. I think it was the Scientist known as Hubble that discovered that all galaxies were moving away from the milky-way at an ever faster rate of acceleration thus proofing that the Universe is still expanding and if it is still expanding then it makes sense that it can't be infinite. It is now also theorized that instead of simple one Universe(Ours) that there is actually a place known as the Multi-verse, meaning that there are probably hundreds, thousands, maybe even millions of other universes floating around out there like bubbles in air and some of these universes can collide and make bigger universes, much in the same way that black holes act in space colliding and growing bigger and bigger each time. I hope this helped to answer your question.

Genesis 1:2 Now the earth was formless and empty, darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the spirit of GOD was hovering upon the waters. Well, in this we know that earth was or is infinite with darkness covering it. And another thing is the word "space" means nothing or empty. And so space is probbably infinite.
