More elderly people should treasure golden years time and know how vauable time,but should do their own maintenance care to maintain a cheerful heart. With the increase in older age,met old friends around the probability of death will gradually increase.For family and friends of sudden death,on the one hand to express condolences ,on the other hand pay attention to the Forbidding Mourning,to prevent the tragedy over and affect their health At the same time learn from others,especially the elderly pay no attention to science and health,and have a good attitude,can live better,live longer

There are ways to help maintain good health as one gets older. One way which many are practising is "Yoga Meditation". One can practise it at any time one feels comfortable, for an hour a day, or for just 30 minutes a day. That would bring relaxation and cleanse the stresses. It is very helpful for mental as well as physical health.
