talking dogs

What would have happened if all the dogs in this world were able to talk.They would have told when they were hungry,sleepy,complained about others.But the sad thing is they can't say these things by talk only by face expressions we get to know few things.I wonder what they would be saying when they Bark.

haha, may be you are science fiction reseacher. that is very easy to answer that question by asking reversely like: "What would it be if people weren't able to talk ?". That 's funny
