What was your favorite pet as a child and why? My favorite pet as a child was my dog that was a akita very awesome dog her name was Sassy. She would always play with me I'd even share my food with her. When she heard weird noises and I was there by myself with her she would protect me.

As a child, my favorite pet was our family cat. It was the only pet aloud in my room anyway. Our dog used to be tied to his dog house and was a bit fierce cause it bit me once while I tried to play with it. Luckily, I overcame my trauma and loved dogs when I grew up.

Oh, your pet dog indeed is a very good friend and guardian. Wonderful ! Yeah, animals have instincts too in their own ways. My favorite pet was a cat. I still remember her waiting near the front door for me to come home after the long day at school. After she saw me entering, she would jump around in the room , so happy and excited.
