I have a customer who needs to put in an order before November 20th comes and goes, or else she will no longer qualify for $100.00 worht of fre products. I have been calling her pretty much on the hour this whole day do you think that I should just wait it out? I have told her already that she needs to order before the 20th and it will only take 15 minutes of her time, we are going to work together as well but I told her we did not have to do that until after Thanksgiving was over with. Would you do the same to make sure that she gets her $100 in free products? Or am I just hounding and since I told her that if she does not order by the 20th then it is her own fault?
thanks in advance

I think if you have been phoning her regularly then she would know the deadline to receive her free products. I sugges that you should now leave it for a day or two and then give her another call to remind her that she has XX hours left and if she doesn't place the order then she will not receive her free products.
More worrying I think would be the fact that she is going to work with you, because if she is not well organised then that could lead to problems.
Good luck.
