We are lucky that we can witness Messi playing, I think he is one of the best in the history. Of course, he needs the support of his teammates, but he is truly wonderful, he knows almost everything what he has to know and puts all of his knowledge in the service of the team. And he still remained a humble person, he doesn't like to show off and act arrogantly. I respect him and I think he will be declared the best football player in the history after retiring.

I thought the record was with either Raul or with Shevchenko as the most goals scored in the Champions League. Are you pretty sure that Rivaldo was the one who was holding the record. In fact to the best of my knowledge both Raul and Shevchenko had more than 50 goals in the Champions League football.
Cheers!
Ram
