Losing my breakfast appetite in the morning

This morning after I got up, I found that my father already prepared the breakfast for me. I only took a few bites, and then I don't feel like eating at all. Although I should finish it all, but I just can't swallow another one. So, I just pack it up again, and put it back in the fridge. Hopefully later on, someone will finish it for me. I am not picky at breakfast, I just don't feel like eating some morning. I hope that my parents won't take it too worry about that. I might have big appetite tomorrow morning again.

i am ususual breakfast in the morning, i am just drinking a cup of water. but sometimes i have a breakfast, it make my stomach sick. so until now i am unusual breakfast...

I find that no matter when a person sleeps, they will not immediately feel like eating when they wake up. If I fall asleep at 5:00 in the afternoon and someone wakes me up for dinner, I am still sleepy and have no appetite whatsoever. I honestly think that is normal. I remember my husband wanting me to wake up my daughter for dinner and I said there was no point, she wouldn't feel like eating when she woke up. Both my daughters say they aren't hungry first thing in the morning. I like to have a nice cup of tea first, then I will want my oatmeal. I know breakfast is the most important meal of the day. If you have to go out and be active, then one must eat. Maybe get up a little earlier and do whatever until your appetite returns.

Breakfast is the most important meal. Since we sleep during the night there is at least 12 hours of non eating period between dinner and breakfast. So it is very important not to miss/under-eat breakfast. Our body need all the nutrients we can get after the comparatively long fasting of the night. It is also important to regulate both dinner and sleep to have a healthy appetite in the morning. A good appetite at regular meal time is a very good indicator of good health. That should be our main concern.
