Ok so is it just me or is anyone else noticing that facebook is a double edge sword. On one hand i've noticed that I have reconnected with many people from my past. People I never thought i'd see again in life. It's a great tool to reconnect and keep in touch with family and friends...BUT on the other hand, I have noticed that it tends to create a lot of drama as well. I have as well as others have experienced losing friends over this site and i'm not sure I understand how something so simple can cause such termoil. I never saw this on myspace and i'm just wondering if it's all worth it. I'm so addicted to facebook, yet it seems like a curse as well. Just curious if anyone else has experienced this and how you handled it. I know if friendships end over something so trivial then they weren't friends to begin with but even then. It just amazes me how facebook can ruin relationships, all by a simple "like" or "status update". I remember a time before facebook and a time when we all actually picked up the phone as opposed to saying things on facebook. I think people are starting to lose sight of real communication, although I will say...I can't go a day without logging on lol

It just funny because some of these friendships I questioned to begin with. I just think things can get twisted and feelings can get hurt when things are typed because it's hard to tell how someone is trying to convey what they are trying to say and you can't really tell what someone is feeling. On the same hand, it's a very good site to keep in touch with people and I guess that's why I haven't deleted my account.
