Now Most People get cold Sores, If you don't get any your not missing out in nothing haha. Believe me. They Say most people get them by the time they hit 20 years old. Also most people get it when there to little to remember. (kissy Kissy) others from kissing with people.
Me Myself I get Cold Sores they are extremely painful sometimes my skin gets very sensitive and like every little touch hurts.
To bad there is no cure you have this for the rest of your life it just waits and pops up when ever it wants to. Which sucks because if it comes near a special event I guess your out of luck lol. So embarrassing sometimes feels like thats all people stare at

I have had plenty of annoying and painful and ugly cold sores in my life. But since I changed my way of eating I rarely get them. It might be that the stronger our immune system is, the less cold sores we will have.

Yeah I notice the time I was eating more healthy I haven't got it in over a year. Then the time I decided to eat a little bad it wasn't like it was a day thing it was couple week thing. Then I got so yeah I understood that eating has a big affect on you body if you eat right.
Right now im taking Vitamins and I;m hoping that it will kill it so far for a day its all ready becoming a scab. When you first see the signs take a Pin wash it out with hot water. Stick it over a Hot Flame after works let the heat burn your skin a little. It will make a hole.
After that once you got that out the way sometimes you can have more then one little dot of pus and if you don't pop them. They will combine then become one big Cold Sore and things will get bad.
So push out all the liquid, yellow clear whatever haha. Until you start to bleed once you start to bleed there is no more pus. After that you put tooth paste on there to dry it up. After a 3-5 hour period, take it off while its dry the tooth paste will get hard. if its too hard to take off wet it a little.
Push it some more make sure you got all of it. then boil some hot water and take a spoon and place it around or if its n your lip put it on the other side of your lip. The Heat increase your blood flow and the more blood flow means the more White Blood. Which fights back infections and disease.
Make sure it doesn't get wet your Cold Sore like to be moist to Live haha.. then take an Advil and crush it down into pieces. Add Water untill it looks like a paste then apply it to your cold sore. leave it from there on. :)
I type a lot and maybe this will help people in the future if they have cold sores haha like me

Thanks for the home-made treatment!
But I hope I don't get anymore as they are so annoying.

I have had cold sores and most of them when I have had too much chocolate. I mean when I make a big out of myself. Now one bar will not do it, neither will two bars and it does not matter what kind. However, if I go and eat a whole box of them, sooner or later, and mostly sooner I will get a cold sore. And I feel miserable.
I am not much of a kisser, more of a hugger, so do not get them that way. And they are usually inside my mouth near my gums and if I have a sore tooth then it really is sore.
i really do not mind, because well if I got them from kissing, I would think of the other person that maybe he was doing something he shouldn't, but will not get into that subject.

Oh lol, Ouch. When I Eat bad lol I get them in my mouth as well but sometimes I get them outside of my mouth. Right now I'm taking Vitamins to keep up with this nasty cold sore and as of right now its going away Thank God. I did a lot to get rid of this sucker haha.
But all that work paid off. When I usually get bumps in my mouth I lack vitamins and I start eating a lot of Vitamins that are V-C and it sort o burns it but hey thats what your missing V-C
SO Drink a lot of water and Take your vitamins and some work outs and walks. you will do fine. lol. and you will be set haha .
See in my family we kiss each other on the cheek for our Blessing but I tell them I can't Sore haha.. we laugh haa

I used to get one bad cold a year and usually it was around the time of the Christmas concert so I missed out on singing a solo. It was all right in the choir because I could just pretend to sing the low notes. (had no trouble with the high, but with the low I sounds like a fierce dog.) I then started to take Vitamin C and echinea. I really have to get a lot of the latter because now it is getting cold.
And I have to be careful about too much chocolates. Even though I love them so much.

From time to time, yes. Sores in the throat, very irritating and very painful some times. I have to have those sore throat lozenges handy all the time, especially of course through the winter days. Those lozenges do relieves the sores, but they keep coming back when the weather and humidity get bad. I have to take along the lozenges whenever I travel too.

I personally have never had one but my sister gets them all the time. I think some people are more prone to getting them then others. She still gets them and she gets really embarraced by them. She puts lots of stuff on them to get rid of them as soon as possible. But I have been luck so far and have not gotten any.

Well yeah If you dont have lucky you I wish I never get it. It sucks alot but I had many to know what actions to take so it wont get worst lol

You should even be able to get pills to control it even better if it breaks out or not, I have a friend who got some pills from her doctor because else she would basically only have very few days a year where it wouldnt bother her....
Normally you dont get it if it isnt broken out, it has two stages of how you can be infected, but lucky I dont think my boyfriend got it either, so I should be safe for now :D
