I would make video recordings of myself talking to my kids, to have after I am gone. I would also write something personal to each of them and to my husband, and anyone else I felt I needed some closure with.
I would make sure enough of my finances are in order that my kids can go to college, grad school, med school--whatever they wanted.
Then I would take my family with me to Paris, the one place I have not been that I really want to see, and spend 2 days in Paris. I would then spend one day in the mountains, 2 days at a beach, and fly back to New York and spend the rest of my time sharing NYC with my family.

Very nice, second one I see about video to children, I see mothers have that as one of their main thoughts in these matters.
Love the Paris idea, though I'd probably choose another destination myself, I'm allergic to French (the language) and in Paris that's ALL they speak

If I have seven days to live I would:
-spend two days with my family (especially my mother)
-spend one day with my friends (especially my best friend)
-spend twelve hours watching all those "see before you die" movies
-spend twelve hour eating my favorite food
-spend three days vacationing in Milan

Well I wouldn't have that much time. I will get myself right with God I feel like im Right with God but not all the way. No one is perfect I will also rebuild the bridges that I broke down so people can get out of my life. Tell everyone I hurt and everyone I didn't hurt that I love them. I will tell the world that life isn't a game to play and my I be a great example of what people should do.
Life alone is a ticking Clock my Friend 7 days can mean 7 hours to somone right now or 7 minutes or even 7 seconds. We dont know when we are going to die so that why I try my best to be Nice to people. I do tend to not talk to the people that hurt me and dont care about me. I guess I have a big heart.

I myself have a very changing character and preferences, my answer today might be very different from my answer tomorrow, for this same question.
What I would do, is
- meet and hang out with all the people I care about
- buy a LOT of flowers and give each one to a different pretty girl on the street that I like saying Hi, you deserve this and more but this is all I have right now
- then I would sell everything I have, get a backpack and a plane ticket, and fly to Peru, find a local shaman and hit a good strong Ayahuasca Ceremony, because that's been my dream for many months now
With all that behind me I think I'd be cruising, and would know that even if I have things I could have done, at least the 7 day ending was exactly as I wanted 
As for what happens when you die, you don't know that either, you just believe that something will happen, and everyone believes something different. We will only know after our bodies actually die

I gather my family and pack them into the car. I stop at the closest book store and buy a couple of good books and we spend the last week of my life at the beach which is the one place where I feel most at peace and completely in tune with the nature and God.

with just 7 days left, i would strive to achieve what i really would want to have---that is happiness and peace of mind. I wouldn't want to leave the world with such heavy heart.

well, i am in a very complicated situation...trying to make my relati9onship work with my husband...struggling would would be the perfect world for that...it is so hard to achieve happiness when you know that the person you would want to spend the rest if your life with doesnt think of it the same way as you do....

I'll spend it with my whole family. I'll take the chance to buy myself a cake and celebrate with my friends. I'll make the whole week my birthday filled with happiness and celebration.

I would want to spend the last week with my family and my close friends. I want to at least know that I spent my last moments with the people that I loved the most and who loved me. I could easily see myself crying a lot, knowing that I'm going to be leaving my family and friends sooner than I wanted.

Get together will all of my family, probably down in Alabama so we are near the beach. Drive down and watch videos the entire time, some classics that i have not managed to watch in my short life. spend as many minutes as i can with my daughter, film a video of advice for her.
