Function of Power Supply in a Computer

I already have 3 power supply which after electric fluctuation, no longer function effectively. I am worried if the motherboard could become defective with a low-end power supply.

well my computer is plug on a regulator, it regulates electric fluctuation and have a surge protection. we cannot really be to sure.

Yes something could be happen your mother board.. or their problem with SMPS.. so firtly you may check your SMPS supply.. and if it is okay.. then their can be problem with your main board..of computer..
