I have been experience many times pissed off of some service representative online. Some of them are very rude and not friendly.Do they think, they know what they are doing to some of their customer?I don't think so. I am calling different insurances company in the US and I always experience this kind of attitude for a representative who take the calls, what I did is I scolded her and told her,"Is that the right way to entertain your customer online?you should not be working in this of job if you have no patience, she say "SORRY" to me.Have you ever experience like this also?Share it here. Thanks and happy mylotting!!!

When you are not face to face with a customer service representative, it can make a difference in how you are treated. When you interact with them, you can tell what they want and they can tell what you want. On line customer service does not have that same feeling. They can often leave you with a cold uncaring feeling.

That's not a good attitude for a CSR if they do that. That's their work so they must handle their customer well. But I encounter also some CSR who are very good in handling their customer so thumbs up for them. They did a good job.

I had shouted at Sun, and Globe network Customer Service already. I was talking and the agent was also yakking at the same time I was talking then he said something very very far from what I was asking him. Then I explained again, then he spoke at the same time again. Then I told him " will you shut the H3ll up and listen to me? you keep on yakking and yakking there the same time I was explaining! You are not helping at all as you are not addressing my concern, you are talking way far off from what my problem was! Shut the H3ll up and LISTEN!" that made him shut up! Sometimes, the customer also need to be stern so that they will listen.

There are different types of people working online of course. No, I have not had that bad experience with customer service staff. What I had, from time to time, experienced was people insisting and putting pressure on the customer to buy their products or servives. That gets pretty annoying some times when they don't give the consideration to the customer's preferences.

I have been working as a customer service representative for years and 'i' only become rude when the customer really has a hard time understanding everything that im saying. Sorry but sometimes i get irritated by these kind of customers..i mean 'i' because i don't want to generalize all the CSR. I know that we don't know everything about our work, we all can be a newbie at some point and we apologize for not knowing everything. Sometimes we get rude because being a CSR is really not an easy job and we may have irate customers before you which will really ruin our good mood. So if ever i would encounter a rude CSR i will really understand them..

If you are irritated with the other customer, then don't be rude on the next one, because they are not the same person.Because not all people can understand you also.

I worked as a customer service representative for a year and has trained new associates for another year. It is, i should, truly a difficult job because talking to a customer on the phone or through net makes room for a lot of misinterpretation. this is because you're not talking face to face with your customer. There should be training for people working in this environment. It could those people called were not properly trained with regards to phone and net etiquette. When you experience this next time you call, try talking to a supervisor so that they could escalate the issue to the company management so they could improve their training procedures with their employees.
